JOB SUMMARY:
Leading specialist and award-winning recruitment agency in South Africa is seeking for a record breaker and sales driven Recruitment Consultant for our finance industry. The successful candidate will be part of a fun, dynamic and âwork hard, play hardâ dynamic culture. As the selected candidate you will be focusing directing at recruiting within the different African regions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

With our internal training team, you will receive the best specialist training for finance recruitment with the full 360 recruitment cycle. This will be an exciting, challenging and well diversified role for someone that is analytical, great multi-tasker, can work under pressure and great negotiator to close off deals with big corporate companies in Africa.

As the selected candidate you will be required to:

Building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients
Collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives
Repeat business through developing and maintaining healthy client relationships
Evaluating current business performance and maximising business reach and potential
Demonstrated understanding of the recruitment industry
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
Demonstrated business acumen through identifying opportunities and growing business
Demonstrated service orientation
Continuous improvement of recruitment practices through self-reflection
General accepted conduct (individual and team)

Requirements:

Completed Degree/Diploma
3-5 years’ sales or recruitment experience will be advantageous
Proven track record
