You will be required to:

• Prospecting and cold calling
• Candidate marketing
• Talent attraction
• Conduct references and other checks
• Interviewing candidates
• Full 360 recruitment cycle

Requirements:

• Business related degree
• 3 years sales experience
• Exposure to cold calling
• A track record of achievements
• A sales personality – one must be able to influence others and be driven by earning commission
