Communicate Recruitment is looking for someone with phenomenal negotiation skills to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our team is a dynamic, diverse, and high performing team of specialized recruiters who are constantly on the lookout for Financial Professionals. Our company brags about being internationally recognized as we expand into larger parts of Africa. Our company is also a JSE listed entity and offers company exclusive benefits which includes up to 25% off tertiary fees at ADvTECH tertiary institutions and up to 50% off private school fees for all ADvTECH schools where applicable.

We offer a lucrative remuneration structure with a basic salary and no desk cost. A commission structure where you earn from Rand one.

If you consider yourself as someone who is target driven, able to work under pressure while engaging with clients from some of the world’s largest companies, you might just be perfect for this role.

You will be required to:

Prospecting and cold calling
Candidate marketing
Talent attraction
Conduct references and other checks
Interviewing candidates
Full 360 recruitment cycle

Requirements:

Business related degree
3 years sales experience
Exposure to cold calling
A track record of achievements
A sales personality – one must be able to influence others and be driven by earning commission
