JOB SUMMARY:
Network Finance is an award-winning recruitment team within in the Financial Services market. The team has experienced exponential growth the last 6 months in the specialist finance niche markets, and we are looking to add the skill set of a senior recruitment specialist in a recruitment consultant (candidate and client focused).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Roles and responsibilities include:

Building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients
Collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives
Repeat business through developing and maintaining healthy client relationships
Evaluating current business performance and maximising business reach and potential
Demonstrated understanding of the recruitment industry
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
Demonstrated business acumen through identifying opportunities and growing business
Demonstrated service orientation
Continuous improvement of recruitment practices through self-reflection
General accepted conduct (individual and team)

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree
2-4 years recruitment experience
Proven track record
Achievements
