Communicate Recruitment a division of Advtech Ltd, is looking for a smart, ambitious, and career-driven Recruitment Consultant to work in a fast-paced, action-packed industry offering enormous growth and development opportunities!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role of a recruitment consultant will equip you with knowledge and skills such as:

- High level business acumen
- Client relationship development
- Growing your network and reputation in the industry
- Finding skilled candidates
- Advanced Interviewing skills
- Technical recruiting
- Negotiations
- Facilitating a recruitment process to ensure the placement of a candidate within a corporate or medium-sized enterprise
- Closing hundred thousand Rand deals!
Requirements:
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management
2-3 years sales or recruitment experience
Make no mistake, the life of a recruiter is hard work. Days are full and busy, you need to have a perseverance spirit, a growth mindset and fearless determination to succeed!
You also need a heart for people, must enjoy interacting and working with people and want to help people improve their lives.
