JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are an achievement orientated Company and we seek like minded individuals to join our high performance culture.
As a recruitment consultant your duties would include:

Client acquisition and business development
Growing and maintaining relationships with clients
Meeting revenue targets
Candidate attraction
Market research
Interviewing candidates
Negotiating fees with clients
Client proposals and presentations
Building up a talent pool of candidates

Requirements:

A degree
2-3 years’ experience is a sales or agency recruitment role
Sales Driven personality
