JOB DESCRIPTION:

We have a great opportunity for a sales driven individual to join one of the best and leading recruitment agency. As we are seeking to grow and expand our divisions with the best Recruitment Consultants.
This role will be a great fit for someone that is:

-Recruitment consulting background or direct b2b selling
-Computing
-Analytical and lateral thinking
-Effective communication
-Organizational (structure), planning and time management
-Pro-active and problem solving
-Relationship building

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Implementing the brand’s / branches business development strategy
Identifying potential new business from existing clients – maximize on existing clients with mapping
Work hand in hand with the branches in the form of building relations with the consultants, to ensure delivery at external clients
Minimum performance levels: 25 specs, 25 client visits
Minimum of two internal meetings (spending time in the branch and tracking F & D),
10 new contacts per month, increase revenue at new clients, to eventually become F & D
20% Focus and Developing
80% New Business
Reviving dormant accounts
Handling prospect clients
Competitor analysis
Qualifying of specs on site with consultant

Requirements:

Completed Degree or Diploma
2-4 Recruitment or Sales experience
Proven track record
