The finance professional team has experienced exponential growth the last 10 months in the specialist finance niche markets and they are looking to add the skill set of a senior recruitment specialist.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role of a recruitment consultant will equip you with knowledge and skills such as:
- High level business acumen
- Client relationship development
- Growing your network and reputation in the industry
- Finding skilled candidates
- Advanced Interviewing skills
- Technical recruiting
- Negotiations
- Facilitating a recruitment processes to ensure the placement of a candidate within a corporate or medium-sized enterprise
- Closing hundred thousand Rand deals!
Requirements:
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management
2-3 years sales or recruitment experience
