JOB SUMMARY:
This position entails soliciting for business, client engagement to establish their recruitment needs, and recruitment of staff for client organisations guided by job specifications as provided by clients and attend to associated Human Resources matters relative to the recruitment procedures.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Continuously looking for recruitment business in the healthcare sectors in Gauteng.

• Constantly engaging with client representatives so as to establish their recruitment needs for temporary/sessional nursing staff at all their hospitals in Gauteng.

• Strategic visits to all hospitals that we service and speaking to Unit Managers, Night Supervisors, Matrons, Hospital Secretaries etc. so as to understand their present and future recruitment trends and requirements.

• Looking for new recruitment business from hospitals in both the private sector as well as public sector.

• Source suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill positions as per client requirements.

• Compile a database of candidates who are available to do sessional work at hospitals as required by the clients from time to time.

• Orientation of new staff so that they familiarise themselves with the new hospital environment and processes.

• Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by management. Miminum Requirements

• A Bachelors degree or National Diploma in Human Resources Management, Marketing or related essential

• Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment in Healthcare Sector in Gauteng essential

• Driver’s licence and own vehicle is essential.
