JOB DESCRIPTION:

At Network Recruitment, our aim is to develop and train talented, high achieving individuals to become elite Specialist Recruiters with deep industry expertise. This role focuses on the candidate side of recruitment. This includes sourcing financial talent, interviewing candidates, matching candidates to opportunities and managing the candidates expectations.

Requirements:

A tertiary qualification (such as Industrial Psychology, Marketing, HR, and open to any Degree level qualification)
0-2 years' experience can include marketing, sales, Human Resourcing or open to other as well
Driven and achievement focused individual
Negotiation skills
Location: Paarl
