Recruitment Consultant - Cape Town

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Cape Town

Client Relationship Management + Sales
A strong and proven track record in sales, networking and client development abilities to drive new Professional Services business development and sourcing of new clients to convert into commercial opportunities
Identifying and developing client/business relationships
Fostering long-term relationships and understanding client requirements ensuring growth and development of accounts
Operations
Determine applicant requirements by understanding the job requirements and qualifications
Set targets to identify suitable skill and talent, working within a 3 - 5-day turnaround for recruitment
Proactively identify and track organisation, industry, functional trends and report findings to share with the client
Identify new research techniques to source candidates
Achieving of bi-weekly research, monthly and annual targets
Networking capability supported by direct dialling, proactive approaching and sourcing
Master ability to identify relevant candidate profiles utilising a variety of sources:
Desktop Research
Various career portals (PNET, Career Junction, Executive Placements) and LinkedIn
Talent Mapping ability is advantageous
Networking capability supported by direct dialling, proactive approaching and sourcing
Ability to build and network with relevant Industry associations and trade publications
Screening CV''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s for suitability and pre-screening of candidates
Arranging / conducting internal and client/candidate interviews and providing general career advice
Ring-fencing final shortlist of suitable candidates to client
Arranging assessments, regretting candidates, debriefing sessions, etc.
In consultation with the Recruitment Team Lead:
Manage time effectively to balance research requests from clients

Negotiate pay and salary rates
