POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Conducting thorough candidate searches through various channels, including databases, social media, and networking events.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
Providing guidance and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Keeping abreast of industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, Business, or related field.
