JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful, dynamic team in Durbanville (Cape Town). The role will involve building relationships, developing, and retaining new business, as well as servicing clients from a recruitment perspective.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Required Experience:

Candidate assessment, interviewing, reporting, profiling and database management
Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Proven track record of revenue generation, new business development and client retention

Key requirements:

Fully bilingual
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
In-depth knowledge of recruitment as well as recruitment processes in a recruitment agency environment, minimum 3-5 years’ experience
Own transport essential
MS Office experience
Ability to be proactive, with minimal supervision
The ability to build effective relationships over the phone and via email
