JOB SUMMARY:
Recruitment Consultant, preferably with experience in the Financial Services Industry (3 years) and in a fast paced working environment, required to partner with key stakeholders in this JSE listed FSP, and to provide comprehensive in-house recruitment services on a national basis. Position is based in Bellville, Cape Town.

Recruitment Consultant, preferably with experience in the Financial Services Industry (3 years) and in a fast paced working environment, required to partner with key stakeholders in this JSE listed FSP, and to provide comprehensive in-house recruitment services on a national basis. Position is based in Bellville, Cape Town.

Minimum requirements:

HR qualification required
Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment essential
HR Generalist experience preferred
Financial Services Industry experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Partner with relevant stakeholders to understand recruitment needs
Source, attract and place quality talent, managing end-to-end recruitment process
Advertise on company website, job portals and social media
Network and build talent pipeline
Telephonic screening and shortlisting of candidates
Interviewing of shortlisted candidates
Conduct background checks
Extend offers
Feedback to candidates
Onboarding new employees
Implement talent retention initiatives
Career guidance
Report on all recruitment activities
