  • Recruitment consultants currently work 3 days per week from home and the rest from the office in Tygervalley (as soon as you are settled in)

  • Earn a high basic salary with an uncapped commission structure (the more your revenue, the more the percentage commission)
  • Work on vacancies across the board but with a main focus on IT recruitment
  • All tools necessary to perform in your position will be provided, i.e. laptop, cell allowance, career portals & Linkedin contract
  • You need to demonstrate the ability and previous track record of generating your own business, but a large portion of your work will come into the business.

• The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ end-to-end recruitment experience at all levels (inclusive of management and senior management recruitment).
• Proven track record of revenue generation, new business development and client retention.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidate assessment, interviewing, reporting & profiling.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment as well as recruitment processes in a recruitment agency environment.
• Own transport & valid driver’s license essential.

Market related salary + lucrative commission structure

The client will not consider candidates who has recently completed their HR qualifications or who is not residing in the Western Cape. The incumbent must be a senior consultant with a solid, proven recruitment record.
