Recruitment consultant/researcher/remote opportunity.

Niche recruitment consultancy firm looking for experienced and dynamic 360 consultants to join our high performing team in our remote working environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your extensive candidate and client centricity, team collaboration and drive to achieve monthly targets, will see you succeed in this role where you will have uncapped earning potential.
Your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Full 360 degree recruitment.
Relationship Building.
Seeks to establish and service relationships with candidates, clients and colleagues to improve the effective and efficient execution of objectives in line with business requirements.
Demonstrates personal commitment to business partners and clients by fulfilling responsibilities, involving others and removing obstacles to team accomplishments.
Establishes and consolidates good interpersonal relationships by listening to others, involving others and objectively considering their ideas and opinions even when they conflict with their own ideas.
Actively engages with successful candidates to provide referrals of suitably qualified candidates, active networking
Ability to generate leads an advantage.
Understands the client environment and how the varying client contexts will impact.
Strong negotiation and peoples’ skills.
