JOB SUMMARY:
We require an experienced Recruitment Consultant to assist with the candidate process ie. sourcing, screening and interviewing for our key accounts. This position is office based, desk bound and situated at our premises in Bedfordview. No traveling is required for this role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Matric and a minimum of 2-3 years recruitment agency experience is essential
Assist with the management of our key accounts by contributing towards the placement process
You will be required to source, screen and shortlist suitable Candidates for various permanent roles
You will manage the "candidate process" from start to finish
Thorough and detailed screening is required
Interview candidates and shortlist accordingly
Liaise with the Key Account Manager in the team and provide feedback on your shortlisting progress daily
Work within a fast paced environment to ensure client parameters and deadlines are met
Conduct all background checks
This is a desk bound position and office based
Vacancies range from Office Support, Finance, Technical, Sales and Marketing
Vacancies range from junior to senior levels - permanent roles only
