JOB SUMMARY:
Looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to assist with our key accounts. You will be responsible for the sourcing, screening and interviewing process for various permanent vacancies. This position is office based, desk bound and is situated at our premises in Bedfordview. No traveling is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Matric and 3 - 5 years recruitment agency experience is essential
Assist with the management of our key accounts by contributing towards the placement process ie. sourcing suitable matches, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and conducting background checks
You will manage the candidate process from start to finish
Liaise with Key Account Manager daily
This is a desk bound position and office based
Vacancies range from Office Support, Finance, Marketing / Sales and Technical
Thorough and detailed screening is required
Work within a fast paced environment to ensure client parameters and deadlines are met
Conduct all background checks
