JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for hard-working, competitive and social individuals who have a need to succeed and a strong background in recruitment and beauty/hospitality industries.
Requirements

You must have 3+ years experience as a recruitment consultant.
You will need to come from a Beauty, Spa or Hospitality background (Preferred).
You must be confident Boolean searching and Linkedin searching.
Highly competitive, ambitious and results driven, with the confidence and tenacity to excel within a target driven environment.
Mature, confident, articulate and sociable.
Must have a laptop and secure/reliable internet connection (not cellphones)

Due to the fact that most of our clients are English speaking and our international clients mostly based in the Middle East, it is imperative that you can speak fluent English, to a very high standard.
Duties

Managing the recruitment process by initially conducting a vacancy brief with your client to understand exactly what they’re looking for.
Screen and pre-interview all applicants for suitability
Speaking to your clients on a weekly basis, presenting candidates and obtaining feedback and booking interviews.
Managing the interview process
Conducting searching on cv databases and LinkedIn to contact suitable candidates.
