Requirements: Proven experience in technical recruitment and headhunting. Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple client and candidate interactions. Strong phone communication skills; digital communication proficiency. Experience with detailed CRM processes, reporting, and administration. Exposure to recruiting in US, Europe, Asia, or North America markets. Familiarity with senior stakeholder engagement and technical industries listed above.
