POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with screening CVs and scheduling interviews
Post and manage job adverts across various platforms
Coordinate candidate communication and interview feedback
Maintain recruitment databases and tracking sheets
Support recruiters with reference checks and onboarding documentation
Help build a talent pipeline for current and future roles

Experience & Qualifications

Grade 12
Excellent telephone skills
Speak Afrikaans and English fluently
Proficient in the use of MS Office
