SUMMARY:
At Network Recruitment we aim is to develop and train talented high achieving individuals to become elite specialist Recruiters with deep industry expertise. To facilitate the development and upskilling of recruiters to bring about changers in their lives as a Trainer in the Finance, Engineering, and IT industry we specialise in.

POSITION INFO:

In this trainer position you are there not just to give advice rather you must coach, inspire, and equip recruiters to be the best they can be. Some of the duties include:

Identifying gaps in a recruiter’s performance (by doing at desk assessment- spend time with consultants at the desk observing them on the job and coaching them)
Develop training material (continually research and update content for various training modules)
Facilitate classroom training (be able to train in a classroom environment, online in and in person understand how to drive engagement and interaction. Understand adult learning)
Conduct one on one sessions with recruiters (be able to sit and observe, get them to be transparent with you, guid them to through all the steps, be able to empower)
Conduct at desk assessments
Give performance feedback to recruiters and management
Recommend action plans for recruiters
Identify and maximising of the strengths of recruiters
Develop tools to overcome weakness
Identify and understand the emotions and reactions of others
Address and overcome negative behaviour and thought processes that create roadblocks

Requirements:

Psychology degree (preferable)
3-5 years recruitment experience at an agency with a strong focus on business development (Must)
Passion for people
Need to help and assist others
