POSITION INFO:

This will be a great opportunity for an experienced recruitment/ sales consultant that is seeking to work in a fast paced, goal and growth driven environment. Where you will receive the best specialist inhouse training for your niche, having a supportive managerial structure and team to push you to your best ability in order for you to reach your monthly targets to ensure that you are taking home an extra income of commission above your basic salary.

As the selected candidate you will be required to:

• Building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients
• Collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives
• Repeat business through developing and maintaining healthy client relationships
• Evaluating current business performance and maximising business reach and potential
• Demonstrated understanding of the recruitment industry
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
• Demonstrated business acumen through identifying opportunities and growing business
• Demonstrated service orientation
• Continuous improvement of recruitment practices through self-reflection
• General accepted conduct (individual and team)

 Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree
• 2-4 years Sales/ Recruitment experience
• Achievements
• Goal driven persona
