POSITION INFO:

This will be a great opportunity for someone that is results driven as you will receive efficient training to equip you with the best skillset, knowledge and guidance to be the best that you can as a specialist recruiter. With a result driven culture, you will be awarded and compensated for every placement made together with weekly and incentives to allow you to generate more income for yourself above your basic salary

As the successful candidate your roles and responsibilities will include:

Client acquisition and business development
Meeting revenue targets
Candidate attraction
Growing and maintaining relationships with candidates
Market research
Interviewing candidates
Negotiating fees with clients
Client proposals and presentations
Building up a talent pool of candidates

Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma
2 – 4 years sales or recruitment experience
Achievements
Proven sales track record from previous experience
