POSITION INFO:

This opportunity will equip you with the 360-degree training for a specialist niche consultant on how to make a success of yourself with us while meeting the minimum required expectations within this fast paced and competitive target driven environment. With a basic salary and commission that you will be making based on every placement made, weekly and monthly incentives and awards given based on your performance.

As a recruitment consultant your duties would include:

• Sales targets achieved (placements)

• Consistent activity
• Select and recruit candidates according to client needs
• Repeat business through developing and maintaining healthy client relationships
• Develop Candidate and Client database
• Demonstrated understanding of the recruitment industry
• Demonstrated business acumen through identifying opportunities and growing business
• Demonstrated service orientation
• Continuous improvement of recruitment practices through self-reflection
• General accepted conduct (individual and team)

 Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma
• 2-4 years sales or recruitment experience
• Achievements
