South AfricaÃ¢Â€Â™s leading recruitment agency is expanding and growing the company as we are seeking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our award-winning business. With a highly skilled coaching, learning and development team that will ensure that you are up to date with the best training in the industry.

POSITION INFO:

This opportunity will equip you with the 360-degree training for a specialist niche consultant on how to make a success of yourself with us while meeting the minimum required expectations within this fast paced and competitive target driven environment. With a basic salary and commission that you will be making based on every placement made, weekly and monthly incentives and awards given based on your performance.

As a recruitment consultant your duties would include:

Sales targets achieved (placements)

Consistent activity
Select and recruit candidates according to client needs
Repeat business through developing and maintaining healthy client relationships
Develop Candidate and Client database
Demonstrated understanding of the recruitment industry
Demonstrated business acumen through identifying opportunities and growing business
Demonstrated service orientation
Continuous improvement of recruitment practices through self-reflection
General accepted conduct (individual and team)

Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma
2-4 years sales or recruitment experience
