POSITION INFO:

Spreading your wings and being the best in the recruitment industry by growing your market share with the biggest corporate businesses locally and internationally within the IT industry.

As the selected candidate you will be required to:

Building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients
Collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives
Repeat business through developing and maintaining healthy client relationships
Evaluating current business performance and maximising business reach and potential
Demonstrated understanding of the recruitment industry
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
Demonstrated business acumen through identifying opportunities and growing business
Demonstrated service orientation
Continuous improvement of recruitment practices through self-reflection
General accepted conduct (individual and team)

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree
2-4 years IT Recruitment experience
Proven track record
