As a Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to carry out the following duties:

• Business development (cold calling to source clients who need your assistance to fill scare roles in their business units)
• Build up a talent pool of candidates with scarce skills to send to clients.
• Interviewing of candidates
• Reference checking
• Maintain CRM database and other admin duties.
• Building relationships with key role players
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets

Requirements:

• Completed Degree or Diploma
• 3-6 IT Recruitment experience
• Proven track record
• Goal orientated persona
