SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced recruiter or sales consultant that loves the fast-paced sales environment? As South AfricaÃ¢Â€Â™s largest JSE listed company we are seeking an analytical, strong relationship builder and target driven Recruitment Consultant that will have the amazing opportunity to work as a specialist recruiter and be part of our award-winning teams.

POSITION INFO:

This opportunity will equip you with full specialist niche training skills and knowledge to equip you to be the best within the fast paced and competitive environment.

To be able to meet the minimum required expectations to win weekly and monthly incentives run by management, to earn monthly commission based on every placement made above the basic monthly salary. As a recruitment consultant your duties would include:

Sales targets achieved (placements)

Consistent activity
Select and recruit candidates according to client needs
Repeat business through developing and maintaining healthy client relationships
Develop Candidate and Client database
Demonstrated understanding of the recruitment industry
Demonstrated business acumen through identifying opportunities and growing business
Demonstrated service orientation
Continuous improvement of recruitment practices through self-reflection
General accepted conduct (individual and team)

Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree
3 to 5 years’ experience in external recruitment/ sales
Proven recruitment/sales record
Achievements
