As a niche specialist recruiter this role will give you a focus on your area of expertise in knowing what is happening within the market and focus your professional skillset on breaking boundaries in identifying the best candidates in the market and setting them up with the best opportunities matching to their needs.

As the selected candidate you will be required to:

• Building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients
• Collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives
• Repeat business through developing and maintaining healthy client relationships
• Evaluating current business performance and maximising business reach and potential
• Demonstrated understanding of the recruitment industry
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
• Demonstrated business acumen through identifying opportunities and growing business
• Demonstrated service orientation
• Continuous improvement of recruitment practices through self-reflection
• General accepted conduct (individual and team)

 Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma
• 2-4 years recruitment consultant/ sales consultant
• Sales track record
• Achievements
