You will be expected to develop and find your clients by cold calling to decision makers in your industry.  Attracting a talent pool of candidates with a skill set that is in demand in your niche.  Sales calls to clients presenting your candidates to them.  Exceeding sales targets and fulfilling the full 360 recruitment cycle.
