JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a recruitment consultant to focus on recruiting for the Gauteng area.

You will join a team of recruiters that operate on National level, but operate fully remotely.

Duties and responsibilities:

All aspects of the Recruitment functions, including sourcing of candidates through various platforms, interviewing of candidates, reference checks, submitting CV's, relationship building with clients, securing interviews and placements.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as Recruitment consultant
Must have strong Cold Calling skills
Must have strong social media skills and a strong social media network
Very creative with advertising and using social media to attract business
A confident communicator with the capacity to develop client relationships, and not shy away from a challenge
Hungry for business as the position is commission driven
High energetic, driven and self confident individual
Creative, with the ability to develop unique sales opportunities
Self-motivated and a self starter
Own computer and internet connection

You will work as part of a team and whilst responsibility for your own destiny will sit directly with you, it is important that you are a team player. The right opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and wants to grow with the company
