JOB DESCRIPTION:

This will give the selected candidate the opportunity to get specialist recruitment training on how to make a success for yourself in this dynamic, fast paced, and competitive environment. With a core focus on the Finance industry doing the full 360 of the recruitment cycle.

As the selected candidate you will be responsible for:

Growing and maintain a Client base.
Consistent business development with new and existing clients
Attract candidates with in-demand skills
Have a flair to thrive in a sales environment
Ability to maintain and build relationships with stakeholders
Strong cold caller
Business Development

The suitable candidate must have:

Degree/Diploma completed qualification
2-4 sales or recruitment experience
