SUMMARY:
A large company in the Food Processing industry has an opportunity for a Senior Refrigeration Foreman with ammonia experience. Candidates must have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Trade or Engineering qualification.
CAT B or CAT A with ammonia experience is essential.
FMCG experience is essential.
Maintaining and repairing ammonia refrigeration systems, ensuring safety and efficiency, and potentially troubleshooting equipment issues.
Key responsibilities include operating and monitoring systems, performing preventative maintenance, and complying with safety regulations.
PPE.
Following safety protocols, detecting leaks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Maintenance on the ammonia plant, compressors, screw compressors, condensers, evaporators, auxiliary equipment, dryers, and spiral freezers.
Performing regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various components, including pumps, compressors, valves, and piping systems.
