Refrigeration Foreman

SUMMARY:
A large company in the Food Processing industry has an opportunity for a Senior Refrigeration Foreman with ammonia experience. Candidates must have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Trade or Engineering qualification.
• CAT B or CAT A with ammonia experience is essential.
• FMCG experience is essential.
• Maintaining and repairing ammonia refrigeration systems, ensuring safety and efficiency, and potentially troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Key responsibilities include operating and monitoring systems, performing preventative maintenance, and complying with safety regulations.
• PPE.
• Following safety protocols, detecting leaks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintenance on the ammonia plant, compressors, screw compressors, condensers, evaporators, auxiliary equipment, dryers, and spiral freezers.
• Performing regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various components, including pumps, compressors, valves, and piping systems.
