Experienced Compensationa nd Benefits Manager required for a Global company in Mauritius.
IT literate and proficient in the usage of contemporary computer software including Microsoft Office. Advanced MS Excel Skills. Numerical Skills, analytical ability and solutions focussed.
Overall Purpose Of The Job This position will provide administrative and technical support to the Regional Manager, Compensation and Benefits Africa to deliver on regional as well as group projects and objectives. The scope includes providing support to Country Teams on MyHR, MyComp, MyPerformance, and all the related HR systems, merit and bonus submission support, reporting, analysis as well as project coordination between regional and global teams and countries. This position also strives to achieve operational excellence within the Human Resource Function.
