POSITION INFO:
Your Mission (If You Choose To Accept It):

Roll out future-fit compliance programs across the AME region
Balance local insight with global alignment (yes, it’s a superpower)
Make “speaking up” the norm—not the exception
Spot the patterns, interpret the data, and steer leadership through clear, actionable reporting
Educate, empower, and engage through training that actually sticks
Be the calm in the regulatory storm and the voice of reason in tough calls

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You’re:

A trusted compliance advisor with 5–7+ years under your belt
Experienced in emerging and high-growth markets
Naturally curious and willing to challenge the status quo
A bridge-builder who works well across teams and time zones
Data-smart and tech-aware (Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik? Big plus!)
Driven by integrity, not just instruction
Mobile, agile, and open to regional travel (about 25%)

The Academic Bit:

A Degree in Law, Accounting, or Forensics
Post-grad qualification? Even better
