POSITION INFO:

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector, is looking for a dynamic Regional Financial Manager who is equally comfortable on the factory floor and in the boardroom. This is not a role for box-tickers. We’re looking for a proactive self-starter with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.

As the strategic partner to the Regional General Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving profitability, strengthening operational discipline, and ensuring sustainable growth, while keeping the region audit-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional reporting, consolidations and management accounts
Costing, variance analysis, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow oversight
Payroll reconciliations and management of people costs
Procurement, inventory and fixed assets control
Risk management, governance and compliance
Sales and commercial support to drive revenue growth
Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
Working capital optimization and audit management

What You’ll Need:

BCom Degree in Finance or Accounting
CIMA or SAIPA accreditation
2–3 years’ experience in a financial management role
Previous exposure to a factory/manufacturing environment (required)
Strong leadership and people management skills
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with commercial acumen
