SUMMARY:
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, technically strong Regional Financial Manager who knows their way around a factory floor just as well as a boardroom. This isn’t a role for box-tickers - We’re looking for a self-starter with a hands-on approach, who can roll up their sleeves and partner with operations to deliver real results.

POSITION INFO:
Acting as a strategic business partner to the Regional General Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving profitability, operational discipline and sustainable growth, all while ensuring that the region is audit-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Full regional reporting, consolidations and management accounts
Costing, variance analysis, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow oversight
Payroll reconciliations and management of people costs
Procurement, inventory and fixed assets control
Risk management, governance and compliance
Sales and commercial oversight to support revenue growth
Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
Working capital optimisation and audit management

What You’ll Need:

BCom Degree in Finance or Accounting
CIMA or SAIPA accredited
2 to 3 years’ experience in a financial management role
Prior factory / manufacturing environment experience essential
Strong people management and leadership skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with commercial acumen
