JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the Agricultural sector (Fertilizer) is looking for a Regional Manager to join their team in Ceres and George, Western Cape.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

A Bachelorâs Degree in the agriculture sector or relevant background within the industry will be an advantage or any Degree in Marketing Manager or equivalentÂ
Agriculture experience â non-negotiable
Proven experience in managing a team and meeting targets
Ability to identify new opportunities and exploit them to the benefit of the company
Must possess and have experience in marketing
Experience in reporting (will be required to compile quarterly and annual forecasts and reports for the region)
Drivers Licence
Must be computer literate
Creative thinking â The BUM should possess the ability to develop and create new ideas, systems, and relationships for the success of the company
Decision making skills: He/she should have the ability to analyse information and evaluate results in order to make the best decision in solving problems
