SUMMARY:
Regional Manager – Gauteng Office
Naidu Consulting, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to lead and grow our Gauteng Office.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in Gauteng, identifying and securing new opportunities, and leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver engineering excellence. This strategic role requires strong business development acumen, technical leadership, and operational management skills to ensure the region’s sustainable growth and success.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all regional operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and implement business strategies to expand client base and secure new projects across public and private sectors.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to enhance market presence.
Provide strategic and strong technical direction, financial oversight, and people leadership within the office.
Drive innovation and efficiency to strengthen competitiveness and revenue streams.

Qualifications & Experience

BSc/BTech in Civil Engineering. Professional Registration with ECSA (essential).
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in civil engineering consultancy, with at least 10 years in senior management.
Proven track record in business development, project management, and leading teams.
