Regional Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Good time management¨
Commitment to the environment when carrying out pest control services.¨
Multi-skill across all areas of pest control¨ Quality control.¨
Completing all company documentation on time¨
Auditing of Sites and Treatment Reports on Pest Control¨
Fully conversant with Hazard Chemical and the impact of such¨
Adhere to Label instructions per treatment of pesticides¨
Teamwork¨ Identification of pests¨ Accountability of stock and vehicle¨
Know and understand Safety practices of Pest Control¨
Managing of a treatment of sites.¨
Recommend and oversee correct treatment of any other sites as required in the best interests of the business and customers.¨
Weekly stock planning together with other Department''s to ensure correct and relevant stock issuing by the controller to the PCO''s and monthly vehicle stock takes.¨
Ensuring the rendering of a high quality of service by means of:Being involved and contributing with the pest control division
Ensuring that workload is completed as scheduled.
Ensuring that the monthly workload spreadsheets are updated twice a week. That the workload completion is progressing as scheduled and that all routine workloads are completed by the end of the month.
Analyzing work sheets for productivity and other information.¨
Planning of the day-to-day pest control work and completing on time¨
Portray a positive image at all times.¨
Ensure service records are completed correctly and returned to the office.¨
Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations.¨
Provide a high-quality service with a polite and professional approach.¨
Ensure that client service levels are maintained to the highest possible standards.¨ Comply with, implement and maintain all company systems, policies and procedures.¨ Treat all customers and colleagues with respect in the best interest of the employer¨
Any other tasks necessary for the conduct of the employer''s business, as the employer may, from time to time direct.¨
Pay prompt attention to Customer Complaints and respond to all complaints within 48hrs¨ Ensure smooth running of ALL Pest Control related services and queries and opportunities in Inland Region.¨
Strategic National Focus¨ Management of operational assets including stock, vehicles, consumables, maintenance requirements of vehicles and stock. ¨
Responsible for planning and distribution of company assets to achieve maximum efficiency in servicing and collection/ delivery of stock¨
Train, maintain and implement logistics standards with regards to efficiency of vehicles, including fuel efficiency, vehicle cost, maintenance schedules, service benchmarks, vehicle tracking, etc.¨
Ensure the prevention of vehicle accidents through driver training including assessments, advance driver training, key efficiency measurable, etc.¨
Form part of a national operations pear group to ensure consistency of process and reporting throughout the The Company group as well as the sharing of best practices¨ Issuing of daily work and reporting daily to branch manager any variations from prescribed work schedule including collections, deliveries and services.¨
Overall responsibility for Health and Safety in operations¨
Recruit staff, performance manage subordinates, discipline and dismiss in a manner that ensures that gets maximum productivity whilst not exposing to any risk¨
Ensure staff are trained and motivated to assist them in growing and achieving goals in line with vision¨
Manage clocking times and overtime on a daily basis, to ensure clocking accuracy and eliminate excess overtime¨
Making sure all staff is trained to work in a relevant position¨
Customer liaison in regard to operation issues¨ Loading time sheet on Turbo time for weekly pay¨
Ensuring timeous submission of timesheets, leave forms, termination and employment contract to payroll dept¨
Face to face coaching with all drivers with timeous feedback to Branch Manager.¨ HR/IR Matters¨
Manage all PPE requirements for all service staff.¨
Conduct Toolboxes talk on a weekly basis.¨
Driver Training and disciplinary of Drive-Cam to be delivered to all drivers.¨
Must be able to review and adjust routing to allow for cost effective distribution¨
Must ensure claims investigation in conjunction to Logistics analysis
