SUMMARY:
Our national and international retail client is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to joining their Retail team based in the Port Elizabeth

POSITION INFO:

The role is to manage a group of stores through owners/ managers by providing support and guidance to ensure all goals and objectives set for the region are met.

Job Objectives

• Sales and growth the regional in sales, profit and grow market share
• Minimise costs, shrinkage and control company assets
• Manage the risk and security 
• Ensure company policy has been adhered too
• Visit the stores and be able to do inspections
• Strong Management skills
• open new stores and look for gaps for new opportunities
• Good reporting skills and follow through with a solid track record
