Regional Returns Processor

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Motor Industry has an EE opportunity for a Regional Returns Processor (Billings) in the Pinetown, KZN area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12 with Accounting and or/Mathematics
• Business and / or accounting qualification advantageous
• Administration experience advantageous
• Computer literacy – Ms word, Ms excel, E-mail
• Knowledge of the Industry Agreements would be an advantage
• Typing skills

KPAs:

• Capture and reconciliation of returns on the system
• Deals with and resolves breaks in the returns payments
• Process transactions to council benefit funds
• Resolve queries relating to returns
• Resolve unallocated cash
• Attend to walk-in clients
• Cash receipt and banking
• Assist with Credit Control, legal and Inspectorate return queries
