An exciting opportunity for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager – Electrical to lead sales growth and manage key client relationships in a high-performing environment.

POSITION INFO:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business development, managing a sales team, and expanding market share across the assigned region.

Education:

National Diploma / BTech / BEng in Electrical or Electronic Engineering

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical sales within the electrical sector
At least 3 years in a sales management or leadership role
Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets
Strong knowledge of electrical equipment, automation, and distribution systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a sales team
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
