Regional Sales Manager

SUMMARY:
Purpose:
Promote confidence in the company’s products with the objective to increase and optimize usage at all existing clients. Ensure that all customer queries for allocated customers are dealt with in an efficient manner and provide a high level of service to promote the e4 products and services. Regular travel to clients will be required. You will be required to meet minimum Annual Sales Targets & ensure you have the prescribed Sales Pipeline coverage at all stages.

POSITION INFO:
Principal duties and responsibilities:
1. Service and support allocated existing clients Virtually and with physical visits following the company’s Covid regulations.
2. Achieve sales revenue targets and new sign-up sales revenue targets.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients.
4. Manage and maintain a relationship plan showing a sales plan and sales forecast of the attorney and bank's strategic sales planned conversations.
5. Ensure that clients are informed on all products developments and market trends (This will be done through training, research and networking.
6. Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products.
7. Keep abreast of what competitors are doing.
8. Refer customer complaints regarding product and services.
9. Knowledge of the customer’s business and what is important in the business.
10. Achieve & exceed your Annual Sales Target
11. Ensure you exceed the minimum Sales Pipeline required at all stages.
12. Ensure CRM reflects your complete Sales Pipeline and your Annual Sales Target Achievement.

Minimum requirements:
Education/qualifications: Grade 12 or related diploma/degree
Experience: 8 years’ experience plus
Licencing: Reliable transport with a valid driver’s licence
