Regional Sales Manager – KwaZulu-Natal

We’re looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to take charge of a fast-paced, service-driven operation within a national group. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives on strategy, client relationships, and measurable results — combining people leadership with business acumen to deliver regional success.

POSITION INFO:

What You’ll Do:

Lead and direct the regional sales and business development strategy.
Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Develop and execute sales forecasts, budgets, and expenditure plans.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across key sectors.
Manage and mentor the sales and administration teams to exceed targets.
Analyse performance trends and implement corrective actions where needed.
Build and maintain long-term client partnerships through trust and exceptional service delivery.
Ensure compliance with all contractual, legal, and company standards.

What You’ll Bring:

Matric (NQF 4) essential; Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (NQF 7+) preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Sales Management role within a medium to large organisation.
Strong exposure to hospitality, service, or FMCG-related industries.
Sound understanding of:
- Supply and demand chain management
- Textiles, laundry processes, and client service delivery
- Financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting
- Legal and compliance frameworks (OHSA, BCEA, LRA)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
