Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years’ sales experience
Matric/(Grade 12)

Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed sales targets in line with business expectations
Correctly utilise, update, and assess all reporting and sales tools, including Salesforce
Set and report on monthly and quarterly regional sales goals
Update and communicate commissions and earnings with the sales team
Complete additional initiatives and meet National Sales Executive expectations
Manage the regional sales team in line with agreed KPIs
Evaluate staff performance against KPIs, development goals, and objectives
Identify and develop new sales opportunities
Create, implement, and execute sales strategy for the team, setting aggressive goals for growth across all regions and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Build and maintain rapport with key customers and identify new customer opportunities
Achieve regional sales HR objectives, including recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees
