JOB SUMMARY:
Western Cape. Dynamic company within the Telecommunications industry seeks Regional Team Leader with solid people skills and excellent leadership ability.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage a team of Sales Reps and grow the business in your territory by driving growth, bringing on new customers, and servicing existing customers. Manage poor performance, conduct training, and manage disciplinary concerns. Monitor and supervise the Sales Consultant’s performance and provide updates on market status and competitor feedback of each territory to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities will include base clean up and growth, promotions management, network and client relations, territory management, staff management, training support, planning and reporting, and effective self-management and teamwork.

Requirements:

Matric and tertiary qualification
Previous leadership experience – worked in a position where staff have reported to you
