Purpose of the job

To assist and manage the Sales Consultant team’s performance and grow the business in each territory. This should be done through monitoring and supervising the Sales Consultant’s performance and provide updates on market status and competitor feedback of each territory to the Sales Manager.

Duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Base clean-up & growth:
• In House Promotional Team Requirements (Promo buses)
• Promotions Management
• Network & Client Relations
• Territory Management
• Sales Consultant Staff Management
• Training Support
• Reporting
• Planning & Reporting
• Effective self-management & teamwork

Minimum requirements:

Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in similar field

Travel to JHB 1 week a month (As and when determined by management)

Good planning, time management and decision-making skills

Ability to work well under pressure

IT skills
