Are you a Registered Architect with strong project management skills and a sharp eye for compliance?
We’re seeking two experienced professionals for project leadership roles - focused purely on implementation and oversight (NO DESIGN WORK)

This fast-paced role requires at least 5 years post-registration, expertise in JBCC 6.2 and NEC 3 and 4 contracts, and the ability to manage deadlines under pressure. Government project experience is a plus!

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Must be professionally registered with SACAP - not negotiable
• Minimum 5 years post-registration (Candidate registrations will not be considered)
• Able to work in an open office environment with other professionals
• Experience in government health projects is advantageous or at least experience in high complexity construction projects
• Sound working knowledge and experience with JBCC 6.2 Principal Building Agreement is essential
• Exposure to NEC 3 and 4 contracts is beneficial
• Able to review, compile and endorse Contract Instructions and Extension of time claims
• Experience with project-specific cash flow projections (Construction and PSP fees) is beneficial
• STRONG project management and delegation skills
• Able to work under strict deadlines
• Strong formal writing skillset not negotiable
