Registered Nurse ICU

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care in the ICU
• Ensure effective cost and stock management while maintaining equipment functionality
• Support department-specific micro-orientations for staff
• Conduct and document daily care rounds, while investigating and resolving patient complaints
• Provide clear, compassionate communication with patients and their families throughout hospitalization
• Promote and implement effective risk management strategies (SHEQ & infection control)
• Comply with infection prevention protocols and ensure a safe healthcare environment
• Foster collaborative relationships with doctors, colleagues, patients, and other departments
• Identify and align with doctors’ preferences and stakeholder expectations within the clinical setting

• SANC Registered Nurse
• Diploma in Critical Care Nursing (Compulsory)
• 3–5 years’ ICU experience in a private healthcare setting
• Computer literate and comfortable using clinical systems
